Another fantastic stay at 41 Pieces Sapporo! The property continues to impress with its clean, modern design, spacious and comfortable rooms, and exceptionally thoughtful amenities. The staff were once again incredibly polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
As a family travelling with a toddler, we particularly appreciate how family-friendly the hotel is. The complimentary baby amenities make travelling with a little one so much easier and more comfortable. We also love the eco-friendly concept of having towels and amenities readily available on the ground floor, as well as the fantastic selection of complimentary rental items, from board games and vinyl records to coffee makers and Polaroid cameras.
The room itself is exceptionally well designed, with a comfortable and spacious bed, excellent lighting, a practical bathroom layout with a separate shower and toilet, and reliable air conditioning. The PIN-code room access is another convenient touch. Its central location also makes getting around easy, with plenty of nearby attractions, shops and restaurants, and taxis readily accessible.
What stands out most is how thoughtfully everything has been designed to make guests feel comfortable. Combined with the excellent service and fantastic value for money, it is a hotel we would happily recommend to other families and return to again.
The only minor drawback is the limited space around the bathroom vanity, which can make it a little challenging to lay out toiletries. Otherwise, we had another excellent stay and have no significant complaints.

Great location, staff, especially Kiki was very helpful.
Cleaning service is soso. They simply throw my own towel on the chair after cleaning our room.
There are still dusty in corner after cleaning.
