The location was good and we appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee and water that was always available. The staff were very helpful.
The lounge/bar area was very cold but we had travelled from Portugal which had been very warm.

Room was good, neat and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms cleaned each day.
Breakfast was expensive and limited continental / fruit options. Ran out of milk for cappucino; No brown bread option.

Location was good, very central.
Parking. There are several mentions of Parking on the page, highlights etc. This is not accurate. There is no onsite parking and good luck finding parking on the street in the center of Edinburgh. The nearest parking lot/multi story is 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. In the rain as it happened. I don't mind walking at all, but in the rain with luggage is not optimal.
