Location, cleanliness, and staff , breakfast
The room and bathroom is small.

Location
Elevator didn’t work only one tiny two people other one broken thank god we were in a lower level
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
To get to the elevators is via a staircase so if you have multiple luggages this could be fairly cumbersome, although the staff were gracious enough to bring all our luggage to our room during out stay.

Location and roof terase, when its open
Family room is quite worn out, especially bathroom. Matraces are very firm. Jackobs coffee at the breakfast - teribble.
