The location was amazing. The neighborhood felt so safe even when walking back in the evening. And such a short walk to the Duomo and the middle of town.

Lovely room with nice furnishing and decoration. Good breakfast. The bed was very comfy and had beautiful linen.
The staff did their job efficiently but you can't fail to notice that you are just another guest passing through.

Location. Size of the room.
Rude staff, specially front desk. No AC in the room. I has to sleep with open windows and there was noise. They did the room and forgot to put towels. When I called for towels, the employee knocked rudely at the door. Poor breakfast.
