We had a very pleasant stay! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and flexible, and we really appreciated their thoughtful assistance. Check-in was quick, the rooms were comfortable, and having parking available was very convenient. The hotel’s location was excellent.
The only areas for improvement would be a slightly wider breakfast selection and clearer communication about the à la carte breakfast menu, which we unfortunately only noticed as we were leaving.

Clean, with a good bed
On booking the room looked differently, add realistic pictures of the rooms. Also I ordered a bottle of champagne for our arrival and it was not there, it was not on the invoice so I didnt care, but I wanted to suprise my wife and that didnt happen. I also contacted the hotel asking about a transfer to the hotel, but didnt get no answer.

The location, nice layout of the rooms
For a 5 star Hotel standard - service is not existent! The telephone in the rooms do not work properly- taking you to mailboxes you cannot leave a message on!
we stayed for three nights and the problem has not been resolved
I had to call from my cell phone the reception to order room service! absolutely ridiculous.
