This hotel is exquisite. Simply stunning and beautiful. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were divine! The bathroom was state of the art with heated floors, double sinks, dyson hairdryer, etc. Our room was very quiet with the most incredible views. The spa was a lovely addition. Breakfast was fantastic.
Truthfully it was magical, but if I had to pick out one thing it was that the steam room was incredibly disappointing. It was not steamy. A steam room should be so steamy that you can barely see each other. Their steam room was lukewarm and well, I make more steam boiling potatoes for dinner at home. Their pool is also not as hot as they say. They post that it's 29 degrees but it's more like 22...a bit chilly anyway, but the pool has incredible jets.

..ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת. רק לי היה חסר והייתי שמחה לפעם הבאה שיהיו חביתות שעושים לפי הזמנה ללא תשלום נוסף.ושיהיה גם סלט קצוץ עגבניה ומלפפון קצוצים
מחירי הטיפולים בספא מאד יקרים ולי היה חסר מרחצאות עם מינרליים. כי יש רק בריכה וסאונות אבל בכללי הכל ברמה מאד גבוהה ושרות יוצא מהכלל יישר כוח ובאגף הישן הנפרד היינו רק לילה אחד בסויטה. היא ענקית ומפנקת אבל לצערי יש לכם בעיה רצינית עם התאורת חירום מעל המיטה שהיא אינה נכבית וזה ממש לא מאפשר לישון

Nice, traditional hotel in the heart of Karlovy Vary
Overpriced, too expensive, overwhelmed statt at front desk reception (only 2 counters), not made for the amount of guests staying at the hotel while we were there. With only 101 rooms, one would expect "grand class" service. Not a proper welcome received, no appreciation for arriving guests. Check in strictly at 3pm, although we sent a special needs request 1 week earlier, as we were travelling with a person with a medical condition. Faciltites overcroweded, such as the Spa area. Not possible to enjoy the facilities as it was more than packed and unorganized. In times of high occupancy, the hotel should limit access to 1 hour or so, and not allow guests to occupy the Spa area for hours. Typical me first attitude from the "diverse" group of guest
