The room was luxurious, comfortable and beautifully furnished.
The only thing I didn't like was ....a really freezing cold in the room.

The building is beautiful, staff really friendly. Very good breakfast.
Nothing to be honest.

I’ve stayed here before and the reputation is good. Mr Dvořák has previously run a good hotel. The breakfast was good, comprehensive and fresh buffet.
Rather dated. Needs a refresh. The pool was - and is - out of order for a planned refurb, yet nobody told us. Annoying extra charges, like €5 for playing pool, €30 for using the sauna, even through the room rate was itself a little overpriced. And some ridiculous bits of bureaucracy. The hotel does a nice postcard for CZK 15, but you have to fill out a one page invoice to buy it!
