Lovely entrance, bar and restaurant
Air conditioning unit leaking onto sofa in lounge area leaving me with wet jeans having sat on that sofa

I’ve stayed before and the hotel is lovely. Great rooms and staff. Aesthetically pleasing hotel.

The location and the hotel had been refurbished
The spa was not very clean and a very strong smell of damp and mildew on tiles around pool also.

The location was great as it was central. The room was nice and quite clean. The was a good variety of breakfast choice, however a hot vegetarian and or vegan breakfast option would have been good/ more value for money.
Having to pay extra for the facilities such as pool, steam room and sauna. This should be included as standard. The stay was very standard and did not meet or exceed my expectations as I was hoping for, for the price of £176 per night.
