Nice hotel. Comfortable room.
Noisy play area next to reception didn’t exactly inspire. The breakfast/bar area is a bit too “industrial”.
Bathroom could do with the occasional hook for towels.

Kids playground indoors so handy
At times it was clear they were over stretched. Our daughters bed wasn’t made up in arrival, we did not have towels either. We. Priced an Apple core on the floor in the swimming pool area and then it was not cleared away for the whole trip it was there. Toiletries in our room were not topped up - we are pretty certain the shower gel just had water added to it by the end of the stay. We were only given one room key which was so inconvenient when you have a child and the only way to use the lift or the facilities in the hotel is to get in via a key. Finally a sock was left in the bed and this got taken away with bedding when the room was turned down yesterday. More care needs to be taken. No where to hang coats or towels in the room and the shower door leaked everywhere.

"The location of the property is excellent and the staff is way too courteous, helpful and friendly. They will always greet you with smile and will go all the way to offer help."
