We booked this hotel as an anniversary treat and because we were going to a concert at the Utilita Arena. On arrival we had a lovely surprise with the room decorated with balloons and petals on our bed. It felt special and we appreciated it very much. The room itself was spotlessly clean it had a big, very comfortable bed and although the room was at the front of the hotel, it was lovely and quiet. All the staff we met were professional, happy and friendly. Location was great too - central, easy walking distance to the train station, the Arena and lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants. A very happy, pleasant stay and good value for money.

Great location, decent hotel. Very clean everywhere, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower, nice breakfast, pleasant bar. Good value for money. I would stay here again for sure.

Comfortable bed. Great location. Parking.
Everything seemed slightly dated and not particularly clean. No lounge facility.
