The location is great - everything I need is within a 2-minute walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped make me feel at home in their flat.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The location
The room didn’t have a window you could open to let in some fresh air. Instead of smelling fresh, the room had a stale, musty smell. Also, every time you flushed the toilet, water would leak out and pool on the floor around the base of the toilet.

Once again, we had a great stay. This was our fourth or fifth time staying here, and the hotel remains well-maintained and conveniently located near the BTS and Terminal 21.
It seems that the rooms have been upgraded. The windows now have double glazing, which means that hardly any outside noise gets in. This was something we had experienced problems with during previous stays, so it’s a welcome improvement.
We are very satisfied and would happily stay here again.
