Lovely presentation and staff were so helpful and happy to help in any way.
Location was in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. There was also free chocolate hour every day which was great.
The hotel offered a free Tuktuk ride every 30 minutes to Terminal 21 shopping centre which is amazing with the cheapest food you could imagine at the food court.
We found the beds so cramped being only double beds instead of extra double or queen beds we have experienced in similar hotels of the same or even less standard

Good location. We loved the hotel in general. Bartender named “Earth” was fantastic. He took very good care of us.
We didnt like our room. It was our first time in Bangkok, and we requested a room higher up in the building or something more than what we got. We got put into a room where we couldn’t open the curtains because our direct view was into another building and a back alley way. The manager was rude and did not even want to see if what was available to swap. Considering we checked in at 2pm sharp..
