Fantastic location, very good and friendly staff
Spacious and comfortable rooms very clean
Pool is nice although not the biggest
Easy access to soi 15 and 17
The current temporary construction (should be over soon and so not a real negative)
Although rooms are spotless and nice the corridors and the pool area could do with a bit of sprucing up

Pool and bar nice, meals good but pricey for Bangkok, on a quite side street but close to main road and everything you needed was walking distance, staff helpful and friendly, Nar attached to hotel good fun with very friendly staff

I have stayed at numerous hotels in Bangkok but the Paradox is truly a gem. It is cozy, immaculate, professional, friendly and extremely well managed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and so accommodating. The managers were always accessible, especially Ton who made my stay memorable with his assistance and smile. The housekeeping staff was top notch everyday. I even had the opportunity to meet Daniel, the General Manager. The location was fantastic, accessible to all modes of transportation and easy walking distance to necessities. Paradox is absolutely my place to stay when in Bangkok, you will not be disappointed if you make it yours.
There was absolutely nothing I disliked about this property

Very clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was incredible.
We booked a room for 5 and they wanted us to pay an additional fee for the 5th person’s bed
