The staff were so friendly, down to earth and very accommodating.
Room way dusty and bathroom wasn’t clean. (Hairs on the floor and in shower) (dust on bed frame)

The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The food is delicious and very high quality since a lot of the items on the menu are produced in house. The location is obviously a plus as well being in between Kilchurn Castle and St. Conan's Kirk. I fully recommend staying at the inn for an authentic experience of Loch Awe.

Beautiful location near loch Awe well lit at night
Very friendly staff and dog friendly accommodation plus restaurant/ bar. Lovely comfortable bed spotless en suite shower room . Easy access to outside down the stairs for dog. Good food choices meals looked lovely I had soup followed by another starter both excellent. Breakfast choices great including full Scottish breakfast eggs etc I had poached eggs they were perfectly cooked. Not busy due to the time of year but still a nice atmosphere and other friendly guests. I would stay again.
