All the staff were very friendly and helpful, food was excellent, and hotel was dog friendly.

Staff in general good, room adequate, lounge very good. Food and dining room well organised. Location convenient, lacks a reasonable car park, Andrew was an especially accommodating member of the staff.
Toilet/shower room was too compact and the lack of a car park was disadvantageous.
Wife has mobility limits and room was distant from main areas with a number of short stairs.

Loved the Scottish decor, lovely building, incredible view from the large conservatory. Very comfortable seating in the lounge area. Amazing hot tub and spa. Staff were extremely friendly especially the bar staff and restaurant went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Reception on our first night of arrival was fabulous.
We loved everything about the property. The pillows
Were a little big and hard but didn’t spoil
Our stay.

The location was great, and the sitting area with bay windows was beautiful. The staff were really good including the reception, the cleaning staff and the morning restaurant staff.
There is very very limited parking, the room was exceptionally hot and uncomfortable, was really quite expensive for what we got.
