The property is massive and beautiful
Food wasn't the best. There were many restaurants but all serving the same type of food.

The resort is great overall. If someone would ask me, I would say it is worth the money — the view, ambience, food, facilities, what they offer and most especially the people.
If you book an airport transfer from/to directly from them, I would say it could be improved. Our transport booking felt a bit disorganised.

Its location and cleanliness
The service was terrible and slow. The staff were overworked which came through in the time it took to bring our items and the quality of food was not great either.
