The resort is in an excellent location on Natadola Beach, a beautiful long sandy stretch of sand. Unfortunately, the weather was not great during the time we were there.
The food at the restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The breakfasts were good, but the dinners, particularly the tandoori menu were very good. For this reason, we were not tempted to walk next door to the Intercontinental to use their restaurant.
The rooms were small and seemed a little tired. The towels provided in the bathroom were thin with holes and frayed edges. This is not acceptable when paying almost AUD$500 per night. However, the staff were very helpful and welcoming at all times so these negatives did not detract from our stay.

On the beach, quiet, more adult oriented, we just chilled for 4 days. The staff were excellent, timely and accommodating. The food top notch and plenty of variety to last our 4 day stay.
Although the facilities were well maintained, the rooms modern and pool areas sparking clean the some of outside longe furniture was dated and in need of repair.

Breakfast was delicious, good view and most of the staff was helpful and nice especially Sala.
They couldn't help that there was a storm but they did not clean the beach afterwards so that guests could get in the ocean. We had to walk to the beach by the hotel next door in order to enjoy the ocean during our entire stay as they had their beach clean the day after the storm. Dinner was not worth the price. Room was nice but small for the price and the bar in the pool nearby was never stocked to sell drinks.
