Location was prime. Staff was nice, and very responsive. The rain shower was relaxing. Bed was comfy.
Was unfortunate that the sauna didn’t get up to heat, only about 75°, it dawned on me after that maybe guests need to tell the front desk beforehand and they turn it up higher? There was a button to manually press however, so I don’t know. It was lame that they stained the decking of the pool so we couldn’t use it, which the sauna and pool were 2 main reasons we booked the place and spent the extra money instead of elsewhere with no pool/sauna.

The property did not appear clean in corridors. The decor is looking tired. The floor was bowing in the bedroom.
Reception area was pleasant however corridors were dark and lifts in particular were very dirty and grubby.
