The service is of exceptional level! Everybody was so kind and gave us the best welcome feeling! Especially Eline and Chaima, true stars! De athmosphere and design was great!

ICON BCN was one of the best accommodations of our Europe trip. The location is central and taxis pull up right at the doorstep, which made arrivals and sightseeing easy.
Our room was spacious, very clean and nicely maintained. The bed linen was of very good quality. The bunk bed was a big hit with our kids and the attached balcony with its comfortable seating area was a lovely extra.
The small pool was especially enjoyed by the children. Electric bikes are available for guests who want to explore.
We are vegetarian, so our choices at breakfast were naturally limited. Even so, it was quite good, with fresh fruits, breads, cereals, milk, croissants and more things.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona. Highly recommended for families.

The people at front desk and most everyone at breakfast was so nice and helpful.
The room was a good size for Europe with very comfortable beds and several pillows, excellent air conditioning, and nice amenities and high end lotions and shampoos in the bathroom
The breakfast buffet was awesome and the coffee machine made very good coffee.
Location to so many great sites and in a safe walking area.
Also appreciated the stress free airport transfer arrangements available.
It wasn’t clear where Mezza restaurant was and when it was open

The breakfast was good. Comfortable beds, good aircon and location. Parts of the hotel were really stylish.
The staff not helpful and not interested in guests experiences or issues. Bad smells everywhere. One of the rooms we had smelt so awful and the smell did not go away. Many things were worn out the floor had big gaps in it and peeling wallpaper, stained carpets in communal areas not very clean. Pool was a paddling pool. Food very average. No efforts to keep things clean and tidy.
