Recently refurbished and what a lovely job they have done. Very clean and warm. Great location, parking and the breakfast was great. It was good we were able to take our dog too

Good location next to Chatsworth House grounds.
Excellent breakfast with attentive member of staff.
Dinner; food good although service a bit on the slow side.
Newly decorated rooms and restaurant.
Room was extremely hot; had to turn radiator down and open window's.
Unfortunately we couldn’t alter the bathroom radiator which was too hot to touch.
Wi-Fi reception poor.

Breakfast was nice and the nightcap drink was great
Our room was too hot and the radiator could not be adjusted. We had the window open but this meant we got flies and wasps in the room and a lot of noise from the kitchen/ bar. The toilet position is very poor - against the towel rail.
Had one evening meal but really did not like it - would not recommend the lamb curry which was not really a curry.
