It was a beautiful hotel and location very good for our theatre trip
We only stayed one night but everything was good

The hotel looks fantastic either inside and outside. Close to the centre and train station.
I'm considering getting married there and the sales manager was super polite. She showed me around and every event room was lovely for this type of event.
The floor is made in wood and creaks. This means that during the night if your room is under another room, you can hear every step people do. In the bathroom there was no brush to use. The bed is not comfortable ( my personal opinion obviously ). The swimming pool and steam room could be cleaner than it is.

Our allocated room was not good, we had paid for Superior. However we were moved on request and happy with our room. Lifts were efficient and. Quick despite being on the 3rd floor.
Staff friendly and hardworking
