I can’t say enough about how welcoming and helpful the staff were. My room was huge and beautiful. Amenities were thoughtful and top quality, and furnishings were well-planned and comfortable. The bed was great! But it was really the staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.
I would have appreciated a desk with a charging station.

The staff were excellent. The room was excellent. Great facilities and will definitely be staying here again.

Location was excellent, 2 minutes’ walk from train station. Despite being in the centre of town, it was very quiet.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The provision of milk and teabags was welcome.
Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Neither of the two televisions worked.
There was no advance warning that the bedroom was up two flights of stairs.

Good location, comfy spacious apartments.
2 bottles of water in the fridge only was insufficient when the tap water was not drinkable. Ran out of Toilet Roll. Safety locks on Windows were not secure on 50% of Windows allowing them to be opened fully and a high risk to our young 3 year old daughter. This was not acceptable.
