Ambience, decor and location
Room so hot, no fresh air.
Bed too soft and duvet/pillows too hard

Beautiful room great location and staff very friendly and helpful
I’m afraid the food let it down not so good. We had bar food which we waited ages for and was cold. Breakfast in was good but they forgot condiments.

The location was great the rooms were lovely too .
The decor is really lovely too.
The concierge are fabulous and really friendly .

in a little quick and frosty nothing really explained about breakfast or the lack of turndown for a 5 star.
We ate in the bar at late afternoon food was good but the service was poor .
We waited a good while for anyone to even see us and the wine was warm offered ice for the wine no one cleared our plates or came over again after 1 drink so I went to the bar to pay . The staff not really very friendly here considering they are customer facing . The experience of any guest is aways in the customer service and unfortunately this fell shorts.
The lady on check was lovely I have to add .
