Comfy bedroom which looked out to the front. Good choice at breakfast.
No little extras that you get in some 4* hotels, eg no tissues

Downstairs public areas were very comfortable.
Breakfast was a shambles. Continually had to ask for bowls, glasses and mugs to be available. Fruit juices were watered down, croissants were stale, coffee machines were hit and miss. Hot food not replenished quickly enough for the amount of guests which meant people were hanging about waiting. Would expect a far better standard from this establishment - needs addressing.

Lovely common areas. Great staff.
Very tired rooms. Rusty baths . Stained pillowcases. Mucky plug holes. Stained carpet
