The location is amazing
The beach is beautiful fabulous sunsets and views .
The restaurant is fantastic
The rooms are comfortable with the best shower ever.
Lovely breakfast choices
They left a lovely card in room
And a bottle of fizz .
I liked the fact on ground floor of each block there was a shower and toilet if you are leaving later.
Friendly helpful reception staff
Most of restaurant staff were really helpful and friendly big thanks to Marcus and David.
I didnt like the window between the shower and the bedroom. I find a lot of Spanish hotels do this and don't really want my roommate to see partly into the bathroom when I'm in there ..
I think they need some sort of bar service around the sunbed area as we had to sort our own drinks which involved walking into the restaurant area in swimwear.
Service could be a bit hit or miss at times, we waited a long time for a few things ordered during our stay but it was not the end of world ,the restaurant is very busy but overall the staff were lovely and worked very hard .

Stunning location
Excellent staff
Beautiful decor
It felt a little understaffed. The staff in the bar/ restaurant areas were amazing, v friendly and hard working, but they needed more of them. You often wait 15 mins to order a drink in the terrace and teas/ coffees frequently took 15 mins to arrive at breakfast.
The only other minor gripe is they had a wedding one day which closed the pool bar area and some of the poolside gardens. It felt too small a hotel to host weddings and it wasn't right to close areas for the normal paying guests .

Location is fabulous but you need a car to get the most out of the area or pay for cabs everywhere. We always hire a car to get to close by beaches, Palma, Portal Nous and even to Bendinat centre as it's quite a walk up a steep hill. We love the gardens and the fact you can get a sun-bed every day. The pool bar is also excellent and the staff there are very friendly and do an excellent job.
We love everything about this hotel.

Location is fantastic.
Restaurent needs to be more careful with the food produced, my wife ordered the octopus, sadly it had to be returned as was soooo tough! The Burrata salad replacing it had been rushed, it did not resemble the same i had to start with.
Breakfast on the 7th was a disaster, not until we had ordered, and a good 10 mins after did the waiter announce it would be a further 20 mins before we received eggs benedict. We cancelled as we had to leave for the airport. Not the best last experience.
