The staff were exceptional, particularly Anna. She helped arrange a very last minute car hire for us. The garden and pool were both lovely and our room was excellent with an old fashioned feel in the best of ways. Complimentary chocolates was lovely.
The only downside was when ordering a drink from the bar/restaurant to take into the garden in the evening we were told we had to have plastic glasses which seemed unnecessary.

Such a cute family run place, with lovely staff and nice facilities (the pool/garden area was delightful!). I liked that it was not a corporate, big box feeling establishment.
The reception desk was only partially staffed and it was a little unclear how quickly they would respond to you or be avaialbale. Rooms were a little dated but worth it for the local/family run vibe

Nice spot in Mallorca
I’m pretty sure there was a small nocturnal animal in the walls somewhere.
We heard it running and scratching in the middle of the night.

We loved the staff and the family atmosphere . The hotel is in an excellent location- close to everything but in a quiet oasis. Breakfast was good and the attached restaurant is very good too.
Our room was very hot and the aircon didn’t work . We rarely had a good nights sleep due to this. The room was a little old fashioned and bath had chip in. Feel the hotel is now due for a bit of modernisation whilst still keeping its traditional feel.

"Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The added addition of a talking parrot was great. Would stay again. Its like a hidden oasis. Location perfect for where we wanted to be."
