The hotel is nice and the views are amazing
The staff were a bit slow.. there was only one person on at the bar and seemed a bit inexperienced - didn't know what Pinot grigio was, and took ages to get served! The food is not as good as it used to be, the edge restaurant used to be amazing quality and now it is more akin to pub grub and not even great pub grub at that. The staff at the restaurant for the evening meal tried their best but all seemed to be teenagers with no adults running the show. Ordered two coffees in the afternoon and they were plonked down with no saucer, spoon or sugar to be seen.. just not what you would expect of a 4 star establishment - very little attention to detail and poor service.
