Within walking distance to the sights and shops. Beautiful room, mini fridge with water & crisps. Chocolates left for our anniversary! Gorgeous shampoo & shower gel provided. Breakfast was delicious and had one evening meal which was great aswell. The bar/restaurant was great, very busy which was nice to see. Singers on both nights we were there.
Our heating system was a bit tempermental. Also the noise from the street was very loud, im assuming as the windows are wooden sash windows to keep in with the building style, if an inner inner window was put in as ive seen in other hotels it could help with the noise and rhe draft also.

The room was spotlessly clean, the staff wonderful, and the location extremely convenient for most of what you want to do in Derry. The Victoria Market Car Park is less than a minute away and easy to use, but cash only. The room had a great shower.
There were a couple of small strains on the duvet cover -they were obviously old and it was clean.
The hotel breakfast is far inferior to options available close by and breakfast service was poor.

The central location. Friendly staff. Working lift Excellent breakfast and dinner quality which was very well cooked and presented.
The heating in room 412 was on the hot side with no way to moderate the temperature using the AC.
