Very convenient location, excellent service, staff made fire in the room on request. Beautiful surroundings, upscale feel to the hotel. Staff member who greeted us at the train station went above and beyond to help us with our Machu Picchu tickets and bus tickets upon arrival.

The hotel is located in a beautiful property, surrounded by nature, it is very beautiful and peaceful. Rooms were very big and comfortable, the food was delicious and the service excellent. Highly recommend the spa as well.
The hotel is right next to the train tracks and trains run all day. The noise wasn’t too bad and it didn’t make our stay any less great, but it is something people should consider

The jacuzzi were beautiful but the pool was freezing and when your paying this much you think they could heat.
My friends got covered with bug bites in room and mine was full of spiders. I realize we were in the jungle but paying that much maybe could be kept a little cleaner.
