Absolute perfect location. Only a few steps from the train station & bus to Machu Picchu. Nice staff. We appreciated the coffee machine at breakfast and water station in the lobby. Gorgeous view from the balcony.
Breakfast is extremely limited. Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Expensive for average.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy atmosphere. The property itself was beautiful and the location was very convenient for our stay in Machu Picchu. It was a great place to relax and get a good night’s rest before visiting Machu Picchu the following morning.
The only downside was the check-in process. It took a little longer than expected and the lobby was quite crowded when we arrived, which made the experience feel a bit hectic. Aside from that, we had no issues with our stay.

I loved everything. I also loved the fact that the bathroom had a spa bath. The room and bathroom was very spacious. Loved the view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and we could leave our luggage after check-out while exploring.

The room offered a spectacular view of the rushing Urubamba River, creating a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a wonderful whirlpool that added an extra touch of comfort and relaxation.
Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate, especially if you are planning to set off early for Machu Picchu.
