The location and the size of the room was great. Close to the heart of Aguas Calientes and next door to a selection of restaurants and bars.
The room smelled a bit damp but it wasn't too much of an issue for me.

The hotel well situated, away from the busy centre but within a two minute walk to some excellent restaurants, and less than five minutes to the train station and the bus stop for Machu Picchu.
The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet (we were facing the river), and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of foods. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Overall, a very nice hotel. Recommended.
The only negative was that the room was warm at night. There was a ceiling fan that helped but the river was too noisy to have the window open. It needs air conditioning.

Great room, hot showers, great location. The staff were very professional and helpful. We added on an extra day to our stay, but had to change rooms the second day. Since we were not going to be there when we had to change rooms, they arranged to move our luggage for us to the different room. Highly recommend for the facilities and the helpful staff.

The hotel was close to the train station. The staff were professional at all times. The room was spacious.
The hotel did not respond to any of my requests via Booking.com. I had requested in advance a room away from the train line, but this did not eventuate. There was a significant amount of noise due to a late arriving train which I was only informed about once I had entered the room. This information should have been given to customers in advance to decide whether or not they should select this hotel.
