Location and happy hour
Bedrooms were too dark. Hard to see.
Breakfast needs improvement

We made a very last minute booking as our flight was cancelled late that afternoon. It was a big room and it was very centrally located
Being a stalker hotel there the reception area was completely locked up when we arrived. When I called I could hear the phone ringing unanswered- a little stressful then magically someone appeared out of nowhere and let us in

Lovely comfortable hotel and very close to lake and shopping area.
Better hot food in the evening.

Great position. Lovely staff and rooms large and welcoming. The afternoon snacks and lounge were very good.
Breakfast could have been a little more substantial.
