Lovely room and great location. The view from the restaurant/ bar was absolutely stunning. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing - just wished we were a bit more organised and made dinner reservations in the restaurant.

There was à large amount of toiletries. And the view was good. And the hot tub.
Building construction happening close to view point.

I loved the view from the bed, we booked a Lakeview room. The beds are so comfy, the rooms are clean and the staff are delightful. The view from the Nest restaurant is stunning and I loved the fireplaces in the lounging areas.
The breakfast menu is a bit limited. It’s positioned up a very steep hill (hence the beautiful views) so you most likely need to drive our catch an uber on your return from town.

Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant were pleasant. Good tea selection in room.
The parking situation was not practical and I expected on site parking for the cost. The room was small, with very uncomfortable beds and pillows that should have been replaced a long time ago. They were lumpy and well used. I found them so disgusting I slept with my coat rolled up instead of using them. The bedding was clean, but again well used and not good quality.
The room had a smell that I found disgusting. It was a mix of damp and sweat, which hit us as soon as we opened the door.
We used the restaurant twice - once for a drink while we were waiting to check in, and again for breakfast and we found some of the staff seemed to turn their nose up at us because we were dressed practically, and not smartly. There was a waiter in particular who looked at us, judged us, and clearly found us lacking. I had to ask him to come over and take our order because he was trying to ignore us! And the breakfast options were odd, and the food quality was poor quality and badly cooked when it arrived. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price they charge. It doesn’t even have a good location.
