Perfect location, easy walk to town or frequent bus option. Views were beautiful. House was well equiped and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful

The view is amazing. Transport to downtown is very easy (15 min to the wharf or 2 bus stops).

View was Fab and the hall/rooms were just clean and comfy.
Overall, the pros outweigh the cons by heaps.
The walk to town. Not doable for most, unless moderately fit, I would reckon.
Parking space tight but can't be helped.
