Centrally located. The room was clean and comfortable.
Most of the check-in and check-out is automated.
The bed was fabulous- as someone with a neck and back issue, I slept so comfortably. Air conditioning worked perfectly as well.
Staff is mostly nice though when we requested some water upon check-out, the lady said “not allowed but let me give some as an exception”. Come on. That was uncool and off putting. Really dented the entire experience.
The rooms don’t have soundproofing which was so painful.
Breakfast provided was mediocre at best. Terrible coffee and limited selection.

Fabulous location, right next to the Duomo. Friendly staff.
Room was very spacious and clean.
Also able to store our luggage on the last day which was great!

Location is fantastic, Breakfast area/lounge terrific. Room itself is spacious with all necessary amenities. Loved the stay!
We had hard time finding the venue at the time of arrival. Street numbers are all mixed up so finding 13/N was a nightmare ( we spent about 15 minutes roamimg the street ). I would kindly suggest to include the exact Google maps location in the welcome package to make easier for other to find the property than it was for us. Wr spe

I loved this property when I came a few times before but I don’t know what happened to it. The decor was beautiful and now it’s cheap and boring. I also had problems getting into the room and so did 3 other people I met. There is no one there to help you - you have to call them. Most annoying. It happened twice in one room and my phone rang out and so had to ask the cleaners to help me.
Everything this time. It. OST the same as a beautiful place not far away that I moved to. Very sad. It was my favourite.
