The view and location

Everything was great! The room was beautiful, location excellent, breakfast and drinks provided. Staff was welcome and really accommodating. I have some mobility issues, but the location made it easy to walk to many museums, restaurants, and shops. Plus the view of the Duomo and piazza from the room was terrific. Love this place! Highly recommend.
Nothing. Everything was great!

We had a direct view of the Duimo from out Juliet balcony on the second floor. It was lovely to have a door to open to feel the fresh air and sounds of the bustling square. It was very quiet at night so sleep was not interrupted.
Management provided us with packed lunches for an all day excursion we had planned and the day of our very early departure. It was very thoughtful!
The stairs and carrying our luggage down on departure. A small inconvenience for our visit.

The property was in the best location! So walkable with shopping, attractions and great food!
The room was a bit dated and not as clean as I would of hoped.
