From start to finish the staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble and they always had time for a chat
The room was lovely and clean and quiet
There was a great food selection for breakfast to cater for everyone's needs
We had an evening meal in the hotel on our 1st night there which we both really enjoyed
Free parking which was a huge positive
Nothing negative at all, nothing not to like

Nice and quiet room, good breakfast and excellent customer service.
Pillows a bit hard.

the quietness at night due to it being on an office area and after 5.00pm they are shut and the area is quiet
1. Not given room l originally asked for, had to go back to reception to sort
2. Light on standard lamp did not work
3. No control for the TV. Staff had to take a tv and remote from another room and hoped if anyone booked in that room they did not want to watch tv
4. Cobwebs on the ceiling and lot of dust on the fabric above the beds
5. Toe nails on the floor, by the bed near the toilet
6. No plastic bag in the bin.
7. shower cubicle's door was dirty
8. Lack of some of the foods on the last day of our stay
Put all this on a piece of paper and handed it to someone who finally came to reception when we where leaving
