Location to all amenities, bars and restaurants was fantastic as everything just a very short walk
We were wet through as walked from train station in rain. Could not get heating or towel rail to work to dry our stuff and get warm. Spoke to contact and no help at all just told me to do what I already had before calling him. Had to get warm by getting in bed. After got back that night from the theatre the heating was on but a bit late. Towel rail still not working.Reading lights didn’t work.

It was nice and clean short walk to town centre easy access
The mattress was two soft but that got nothing to do with the room just our own preference but it could do with new pillows

Very good location close to Welsh bridge and town centre. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Great idea with the car park video, never finding it without that.
Tea and coffee facilities were provided, but there was only one tea bag. Not much use for 2 people staying over 2 nights. But not the end of the world. The filter coffee was very tasty.

"Brilliant location. Incredibly clean and tidy. Really bright and airy. There was air on in the room and a coffee machine. All staff we met were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Absolutel..."
