Yas, the host was welcoming and super helpful with an issue unrelated to our stay. The room was spacious and perfect for what we needed. The location of Guest House Tokonoma is great, especially if you are doing the Yumeshima Kaido. I would stay here again!!

Wonderful host, beautiful traditional home. The island is very scenic and a perfect spot to relax and recharge.

I loved that the host was as helpful as she possibly could be.
I was disappointed that the guesthouse was far off from the regular trail of the Shimanani Kaido.
The facility had an air of being abandoned and not too well cared for. But it was comfortable enough for one night.
