In a good central location just off the main Old Town square in Krakow. There is an elevator, so it was no problem being in the attic on the 4th floor. The room was clean, fairly large, nice bathroom, great shower, and spotlessly clean.
Nothing really. I will mention the street noise, which wasn’t that bad as I was on the top floor, but earplugs are provided.

The hotel is centrally located (to the cathedral and square), clean, with friendly and accommodating staff. They have a little café, which I did not eat in, but I did have some coffee, which was great. Eventually, the staff leaves, but you can get into the building with your key card.
This isn’t a very loud part of Krakow. However, I was on the top floor and all I needed to do is put on some white noise and I slept great without being woken up by the noise.
