Really cosy, well thought out rooms and quiet. We loved the living rooms with thr snacks and whilst it says no breakfast, it's more than enough food for a continental breakfast. 30 mins walk from town (which means it's quiet) and really easy bus connection. Perfect for Arthur's Seat.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Ard Na Said Guest House during my visit to Edinburgh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.
The hospitality was excellent, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make my stay comfortable. The location was also convenient for exploring Edinburgh, with good transport connections to the city centre.

I liked the location off of bustling streets
We didn’t get washrags which was a small oversight but we made due and didn’t ask, but the towels we got, 1 of 2 had a clump of someone’s hair on it. No housekeeping to tidy.
