The hotel has an excellent location, with a bus stop directly opposite and very good connections to the city centre. The parking was also a big advantage, as we could leave the car there before check-in and collect it later. The hotel was clean, which was important to me.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing was very poor. We could hear conversations, noise and even beds creaking in neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to relax. The hotel is quite dated and would benefit from renovation.
Overall, the location, transport links, parking and cleanliness were good, but the noise from other rooms was a significant downside.

What I liked most was the convenience of having public transport right outside the hotel. It made getting to the city centre for sightseeing very easy, and travelling to and from the airport was much more convenient, especially with luggage. The 24-hour bus service was a huge plus, making getting around stress-free at any time of day or night.
As the room has no kitchen facilities and the hotel does not offer catering services, it would have been a nice added touch to have access to the dining area to enjoy meals without having to eat out every time or order food to the room. Unfortunately, access to the dining area was very limited, so eating out was the only practical option. Having access to this space would certainly improve the guest experience.
