This completely renovated, 2-story, end unit villa within the Inland Harbour community is perfectly situated across Lighthouse Road from the bike path, providing excellent access to all of Sea Pines’ incredible amenities & activities. You will be just a short walk or bike ride away from The Shops at Sea Pines Center (500 feet), Harbour Town (1/2 mile), and the complimentary Sea Pines Beach Club (just over 1 mile). Guests of Calm Villa are welcome to swim in and play tennis on the Inland Harbour community pool and tennis courts. With new, upgraded furniture, luxury vinyl plank flooring and large smart TVs throughout, Calm Villa provides a relaxing, family-friendly retreat.

Guests enter Calm Villa by taking the exterior stairs to the front door of this end unit villa. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy great room with an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. The queen suite, twin bedroom and hallway bath are also located on the home's lower level. Take the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the home's primary suite and loft. There is also a deck off of the dining area, private decks off of the two guest bedrooms and a full sized washing machine & dryer.

This was our second time staying at Calm Villa at Sea Pines. We loved the upgraded bathrooms and flooring since our previous stay. The villa provided the space for our family and adult children to stay comfortably. Everyone had plenty of space. Our son in law took advantage of the office space in the loft for his virtual college course! We loved being able to cook family dinners in the well stocked kitchen. The location of Calm Villa was perfect. We rode bikes to the beach, Harbor Town, and the ruins. We loved being able to walk to pick up coffee and treats at C’est Bon and even to pick up pizza for our last dinner. The proximity to the beach was great. We often rode our rental bikes there and when returning to the villa rinsed off the sand and cooled off in the pool. The decks were perfect for morning coffee and we played many games on the large dining table. This was definitely a sanctuary for us after a busy start to summer and represented its name, Calm, well! We will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing return visit to Calm Villa! It has been the perfect place for our family and friends! The villa is even better then before with its newly updated floors and bathrooms. It gives it a fresh look that makes you feel relaxed and clean after a day at the beach or pool! We love the 3 decks that provide views of the lagoon and magnificent trees! We love the kitchen, large living room and dining area that is open and allows in so much natural light ! The space was perfect for eating together, playing games, watching the World Cup matches , and playing guitar! Calm Villa is in a great location to ride bikes around Sea Pines to the beach, Harbour Town, or explore the beautiful nature of the island and close to just walk to the shops or cafe nearby. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Great family vacation. Loved the Villa, perfect accommodations with ample dishes, cutlery. Pots and pans. Huge dining room table, lovely deck with working grill. Couldn’t ask for more. Perfect location to get to the beaches and activities. Rented bikes for the week. Took the Dolphin tour and loved it. Saw plenty of dolphins from the beach as well. Thank you for a great vacation. We left you some beach chairs.

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable villa! It was stocked with everything that we could have needed! The location was amazing because we were close to everything! We will definitely stay here again in the future! The decor was inviting and embraced the Hilton Head lifestyle!
