Location is great, we had so much fun renting bikes to ride around the property, but we could also walk to the beach. There is a close public access down the street, but we preferred the Coligny Beach Park, which is also close. The room was big enough for the 3 of us (couple + 6yo) and the kitchen was well equipped. We used the pool and that was nice. We also liked having a balcony facing the lake. I would go to the reception every morning for a free coffee and appreciated that. The lady from the reception was really nice and helpful. I also liked that they had washing machines for free in the corridors.
The resort clearly has had its best days and now could use some maintenance and renovation. I would like to have a king bed instead of that queen sized, so I had to use the sofa bed and would definitely not recommend. But for the price and the location, I think it was very fair and would recommend the stay.

Location, cleanliness and nice staff. We had an issue with the toilet and less than 5 minutes after we reported it, it was fixed.
Would like another single bed in 6 person room. Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable.

The Amenities
Three out of the four nights we stayed the occupants above our unit would wake up about 6 am making many noises... slamming doors and stomping sounds being very inconsiderate. The beds were also a bit stiff.
