The location was great.
The room was large with a comfortable bed and sofa.
We had parking for our car which was essential really.
The curtains need some repairs.

Ideal location, just a short walk to amenities. Great view from our room facing the city. Clean and comfy.
Could do with some tlc but that’s reflected in the price.

Room was spacious comfy bed.
Bathroom door continually slammed shut which was annoying, It could have done with a door stop or something similar.
No lid on bin in bathroom. Nowhere to put soap etc near the shower. Maybe a freestanding soap holder just outside the door.
No breakfast was provided, but a table and chairs. However, a plate, and some cutlery minimal would have been useful.
Most importantly one window cable tied shut and it was boiling. As we're having such a hot summer a fan would have been appreciated (or aircon). We had to leave the one opening window open to breath upstairs and the traffic noise was considerable as the property sits by a set of traffic lights.
Bedding and bed were lovely and the room was very spacious.
