Thomasina on reception made the whole experience! A beautiful smile, a warm welcome, that personal touch that put us straight at ease. She is an asset to the hotel
We could have benefited from bottled water in the room and some dressing gowns please

Did not have breakfast
Tried to phone for room service but the line was always busy so had to go down to reception to order.
Would have appreciated more supplies in the bathroom
I.e shower cap, toothpaste/ toothpaste as my suitcase was already locked.

The location
The glass doors to the bathroom in the room… they are horrible; no privacy; a friend and I had to coordinate so that the other person would be out of the room just to use the bathroom
