It is a lovely hotel all the staff are so nice and friendly, nothing was to much trouble for them if you asked and everything was done straight away.
The rooms are lovely and big with a nice comfortable bed, tea, coffee and water every day in your room enough room to hang all your clothes and an iron and board aswell.
The restaurant and staff are brilliant and the food is so so nice would definitely go again and recommend it to other people.
There is a little bit of ware and tear here and there but its a large hotel with a lot of guests so not that big of a problem.

Room was lovely
Breakfast was not great. Staff were inexperienced, forgetting orders, not bringing what was asked for, seats were very close together.

Great central location.
Dark and gloomy decor. Strong smell of damp in the room.
