The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was far better than we were expecting. The location was perfect for our trip to Venice.
Could do with more electric sockets

Friendliness of staff, early check in. Great breakfast. And location.
Nothing

It's was OK - but not great. No place to sit. No place to use a laptop. A high price for a smallish room, very close to noise of main walking route.
Make it easier to get coffee. Provide a place for people to use a laptop. Do something about the very high price.
