Lorenzo was super helpful. When my train arrived at the station he called and sent step by step walking directions. He alåso provided some local restaurant/trattoria suggestions on request. The room was spacious with accent lighting and a modern walkin shower and bathroom. There was an electric carafe for tea and coffee and a small refrigerator too. The room had windows that could be opened for fresh air in the evening and air conditioning for hotter days. The was secured by electronic keypad. No keys needed. All in all a great location and pleasant experience. Bravo Lorenzo!
That I had only two nights in Venice.

The location was amazing walking distance from every tourist attraction and water bus/ train stations.
Nothing it was better than we expected, perfect

The bed was confortable, the shower was big, and the room lighting was nice. Also, the location was good, not too far away from where you want to be in Venice.
-there was no window mesh, we couldn’t open the window, because bugs would have entered
-the room was not clean, the floor was dirty, the furniture was dusty. Only the bed sheets were clean, and the towels were clean. There was a little poop speck on the toilet
-we had problems entering our room because the code system for the door was broken, and would say “code failed” even if we introduced it correctly 10 times
-they do not guarantee that you can check in until 4PM, and in some cases as late as 7PM. Altough, after we complained, the host gave us the room at around luch time.
