It was perfectly situated within a very short, walkable distance from the train station. The room was lovely and quiet and the bed was incredibly comfy. Staff were friendly and always helpful.

The location was excellent right in the midst of cafes, restaurants, shops, and gondolas. Room was clean, staff was friendly
and helpful.
Bathroom needed some storage space or hooks for towels and toiletries. Climbing stairs with luggage was a little challenging but staff informed me of that before booking.

Was super clean and comfy
They charges 60 euros for the baby who is just 20 months old. I have been travelling in May different cities in Italy and I am experiencing this for the first time. Even thought they charged amount, there were no value addition for this charge. I was given room on 4th floor with no elevator. Not even a cradle for the 60 eur extra. Very strange on this aspect
